Tyrone V Cavan
Anyone who has ordered tickets for Ulster football championship replay  – Tír Eoghain V an Cabhán on Sunday 3rd July – tickets are to be collected on Friday 1st July in the Club Shop between 7.30pm & 8.30pm sharp.

Sunday 3rd July: – Miles for Cystic Fibrosis
There will be a 5mile & 5km run as well as 5km walk from Galbally Community Centre, organised in association with Galbally Runners to raise funds for the Regional Paediatric Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Unit at the Royal Hospital Belfast for Sick Children (RBHSC).  Check out Facebook for more details.  We would encourage as many of our members to come out and support this event.  Wouldn’t it be great to have donated, run/walked 5mile/5k and then home in time to watch the Tyrone match.  Don’t forget to wear something purple!

Senior & Reserve Men
Our seniors earned a well-deserved 2 points in Eglish on Sunday winning on a score line of Eglish 1-09 Galbally 1-12.  Our reserves were unlucky not to come away with a win but had to settle with a draw.  There is no football this weekend due to Tyrone v Cavan.  Next up for the Senior and Reserve men will be against Carrickmore in Carrickmore on Sunday 24th July.

Senior Ladies
Well done to our Senior Ladies who competed in Round 8 of the League away to Moy Tir Na Ogs on Thursday night.  The game started well for the Pearses with Celine Carberry scoring 5 goals inside the first 20mins.  Scores came from all of the Pearses forward line in first half, Adrianna McNamee registering 1 point, Eimear Tally with 3 points and Justina Mulgrew 1-2.  The Pearses went into the second half strongest and defensive lines controlled by Laura Kane in goals kept Moy to the narrowest of scores.  Half time- Moy: 0-1 Galbally Pearses: 6-6.  Second half scores came in way of Justina Mulgrew adding 2 more points, Eimear Tally adding a further 1-1.  Credit to the midfield that worked endless in both halves and a just reward for Catherine Walker breaking the defence down to score a point.  To everyone  surprise it was wing back Sinead McCann’s point that flourished off an all round performance for the Pearses Ladies and also adds to their league campaign of 8 out of 8 wins.  Full time score and Scorers: –  Moy Tir Na Ogs: 1-2 Galbally Pearses: 7-13.  Celine Carberry 5-00, Eimear Tally 1-04, Justina Mulgrew 1-4, Adrianna Mc Namee 0-1, Catherine Walker 0-1, Claire McKeown 0-1 & Sinead McCann 0-1.  We would like to wish Amy Carberry and Orla Donnelly a speedy recovery from not 1 but 2 broken fingers!  Our senior Ladies are back in action on Monday night away to Fintona at 7.30pm.  All support welcome.
