If you or your children benefit from our fantastic facilities we would appreciate if you were able to give up some time to go out with our sellers to help fundraise please contact any of our committee members – even if it’s a few hours a week.  Reminder for all team leaders – returns are to be made every Tuesday night in the committee room at 9pm sharp.

Senior & Reserve Men

There is no league games scheduled this weekend – further details to follow.

Senior Ladies

Training continues as normal.

U16 Boys

Hard luck to our U16 Boys who lost out to a strong Carrickmore side on Thursday night in the championship.  Final Score: Galbally 0-11 Carrickmore 5-10.  Next up is the playoffs – more details to follow.

U16 Girls

Well done to our U16 girls winning their league game against Donaghmore on Thursday night on a scoreline Galbally 5-12 Donaghmore 3-02.  Next up is Ardboe at home on Monday 12th September at 7pm- all support welcome!

U13 Boys

Our U13 boys have bye this week in the league.  Next up is away to Cookstown on Tuesday 13th September.

U12 Girls

Training continues as normal this Thursday night from 7pm – 8pm.  Our U12 girls will be attending an Ulster U12 blitz on Saturday 1st October 2016 in Hilltown, Co Down, where they will be playing against teams from all over Ulster – more details to follow.

U10 Boys

Training as normal this Thursday night.  Well done to our U10 boys and management winning the Francis Donnelly cup in the wet of Donaghmore on Saturday 3rd September 2016. The 20 team competition had sides from all over the Provence with the boys coming through a group containing Burren and Trillick.  There was a 1 point win over Glen in the Quarter final followed by a semi final win over Carryduff. That brought Ardboe in the final and in the 2 team format Galbally came out on top by 8 points.

Next up our U10 boys are heading to a tournament in Moy this Saturday 10th September.  All players to be at the Centre for 8.30am sharp!

U10 Girls

Training continues as normal this Thursday night from 7pm – 8pm.  Well done to our U10 Girls who attended the tournament in Dunmoyle on Saturday.  Our U10 girls will be attending an Ulster U10 blitz on Saturday 17th September 2016 in O’Donovan Rossa, Magherafelt, where they will be playing against teams from all over Ulster- more details to follow.

U6 &  U8 Boys and Girls Training

Training as normal this Thursday night from 7pm – 8pm (7pm – 7.45pm for U6’s).  This Thursday 8th September is the last week of U6 & U8 Boys & girls training.

Club Lotto

No Jackpot Winner!  This week’s numbers (Tuesday 6th September) were: – 9, 8, 16 & 7.  Our 5 lucky dip winners winning £20 each: – John Armstrong, Joe McAleer, Grainne Mullin, Seamus McVeigh & Jack McElroy.  Next week’s jackpot returns to £1,200 – if you’re not in you can’t win!  Next Draw takes place on Tuesday 13th September @ 9pm!  If you need a lotto seller to call to your home, contact any committee member or alternatively tickets can be purchased in Tally’s Mace or Donnelly’s Post Office.  Lotto is an essential source of income for the club & your continued support is greatly appreciated.

Club Shop

Since our committee are out selling tickets for our Club Fundraiser we will be changing the opening times of the club shop until the end of the draw.  The club shop will now be open on Sunday mornings from 11am – 12noon sharp.

Whats Happening this weekend!

This weekend we are hosting 2 championship games on Saturday 10th September.  First up is  Aghaloo O’Neill’s V Moortown St Malachy’s at 4pm followed by Derrylaughan Kevin Barry’s V Cookstown Fr Rock’s at 5.30pm. Anyone available to help can they please contact any committee member.

Thoughts & Prayers

The club would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the families of Mary (May) Tierney & Margaret Hetherington (Dungannon).  Our thoughts and prayers are with any families in the area who are dealing with bereavement or illness in their family at this time.
